The narrow site is facing the small alley that people only go through almost.
We tried to get much more living space effectively in the small building, by putting circulation spaces less as much as possible.
The family living area was placed on the upper part of the building, resulting to getting openness thanks to enough ceiling height and thanks to natural light from high windows.
In the lower part, in order to be able to live comfortably among the limited area we tried to create fluidity of the internal space by providing void in horizontal and vertical direction around the spiral stair.
The facade formed by lines of the roof, eave, railings, eaves ceiling and wall made in different angles was designed to look various different shapes in response to pedestrian's position.
